Ingredients

salted butter
softened
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 1/4
all-purpose flour
3/4
cup
finely chopped walnuts
1/4
teaspoon
salt
Powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large bowl, mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla together.
Stir in flour, nuts and salt until combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet.
Cool slightly then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Let cool on wire rack.
If desired, roll in powdered sugar again once cookies have cooled.
