butternut squash
peeled, seeded and chopped
1
medium onion
chopped
2
carrots
chopped
2
celery stalks
chopped
2
apples
peeled, cored and chopped
4
cups
chicken or vegetable stock
2
tablespoons
Truvia® Nectar
2
teaspoons
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
nutmeg
2
teaspoons
fresh sage
chopped
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
Let cool and puree soup using an immersion blender or add batches to a blender to puree.
