It’s no secret I love sandwiches. I seriously eat them daily AND almost always serve them with hummus and raw veggies.

My youngest still eats hummus by the spoonful or just dipping his fingers in it. No, I’m not kidding.

My older two kids would also love to do that but it reaches a point that it’s not quite appropriate.

I am so thrilled to partner with Sabra to help introduce their new spreads because hummus truly is a staple in my house.

And since my kids eat it so quickly you’ll likely even see the mega-size Sabra hummus in my fridge from Sam’s Club.

And for years now, I’ve been making grilled cheese for my kids and serving it with veggies and hummus.

I started dipping my grilled cheese into the hummus (a surprisingly delicious combo) which of course my kids followed suit shortly. So it makes sense that Sabra came out with this line of wholesome spreads that are perfect for sandwiches.

The spreads come in convenient squeeze bottles which make them perfect for on-the-go activities, picnics or parties. They also come in three different flavors (Garlic Herb, Honey Mustard, and Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper) helping to add flavor to just about any kind of sandwich you’d like to create.

Sandwiches can be as healthy as you want them to be. The type of bread, meat, veggies, dressing, or spread you add to your sandwich can make all the difference.

I personally love whole wheat bread, along with the nutritional value of it, but I also like to change up the type of bread once in a while (like with this panini recipe on Ciabatta bread).

When it comes to meat or vegetables, try sticking with lower sodium deli meats and cheese, or just add your favorite veggies like I did with this Mediterranean Veggie Panini.

Lastly, the spread that you add to your sandwich can make a huge difference.

These Sabra Spreads have 75% less fat than your typical mayo spread and are vegan, kosher, gluten-free, and non-dairy.
