So spring has finally sprung here in Michigan! Well as much as we can hope for at least. We did have snow appear over spring break (which is somewhat normal for Michigan), but we have finally reached the 50’s in the past few days. Yes, we get excited about temps in the 50’s. With that said, regardless of the temperature, I need to start my day with a hot cup of coffee. Did I mention I’ve turned into a morning person. Crazy, I know. A neighbor and I have been meeting about 2-3 times per week to run at 5:45 am. Now hear me out. I have NEVER been a morning person, however, since I started working outside the home, I was not finding the time to exercise as much as I would like so what better way to fit it in than in the early morning, right!?

Thankfully, knowing that someone is counting on me to meet them and a good cup of coffee to wake me up have both helped with this exercise time. Anyway, speaking of coffee, if you’ve been around Chocolate Slopes awhile, you know that I LOVE the combination of chocolate + peanut butter. So of course when I found this International Delight® REESE’S® Peanut Butter Cup creamer at Walmart, I couldn’t resist.chocolate peanut butter banana overnight oats
