These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites can be thrown together in 5 minutes and ready in 1 hour straight from the fridge. Filled with oats, peanut butter and cocoa you’re bound to love every bite!
This is my second post for this week’s #Choctoberfest extravaganza! I have teamed up with over 70 bloggers to give you a TON of chocolate-focused recipes as well as a fantastic chocolate-lovers giveaway prize — ENTER HERE. In addition to my chocolate pumpkin muffin recipe, I thought I’d go a little healthier today and bring you one of my favorite homemade snacks.
Energy bites in general are so versatile. Allergic to peanut butter? Try another type of nut or soy butter. Don’t have chia seeds? Leave them out. It’s quite simple to swap out ingredients when it comes to making energy bites. I have made a ton of varieties of these bites but always go back to some sort of oats/peanut butter combo. And of course adding in some chocolate doesn’t hurt either. The only negative about making these is they are literally gone in about 5 minutes after I serve them to my family. Okay, that’s really not a negative, just an obvious sign that I need to make a larger volume of them.
Now don’t forget to check out the other amazing recipes from my fellow bloggers below!
