Ham and Cheese Sliders

These Ham and Cheese Sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls are the best way to use up leftover ham, cheese and relish from the holidays or any time of the year.

I can find just about any excuse to make Hawaiian roll sliders. I typically love any kind of sandwich, sub, wrap, etc. but if it’s a meal I can pull together in less than 30 minutes it’s a huge win for me. This past week we had Easter at my parents house and my mom gave me some of the oh-so-delicious leftover Honey Baked Ham. So what better way to enjoy it than to make Ham and Cheese Sliders with Hawaiian rolls.

I actually made these quickly over our spring break without plans to post about it. However, since it’s such a simple way to use up leftovers I thought, why not! So of course the photos are far from appealing, but trust me when I saw they are worth it! And did I mention they take only 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake?

And besides taking only about 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake, I love how I can customize them to my family’s preferences without taking any extra time. This time I made half the sliders with Havarti cheese and topped them with poppy seeds + Italian seasoning for Dan and myself and the other half I made with Colby Jack cheese and no extra seasoning on top. These Baked Corned Beef and Swiss Hawaiian Sliders are another one of my favorite recipes to make with Hawaiian rolls since they are just that simple and enjoyed by my entire family.
