Now I would never suggest products I don’t use myself. Each one of these products I have used for over a year and use at least weekly. These are bigger items, but are so imperative in my cooking that I had to share with my readers. I can’t stress enough my desire to serve healthy, yet quick meals and these products allow me to do just that. I’d love to hear if you use any of these items along with any other products you cook with that make cooking easier and save you time!

This quick list is a great start if you’d like to simplify cooking while still cooking healthy.

Crock-Pot Best Programmable Slow Cooker 6.5 Quart Digital TouchscreenI love the size of this crock pot along with the “keep warm” feature. After it’s done cooking, it will automatically change to the “keep warm” feature which keeps food warm until ready to serve (up to 6 hours).

Circulon Momentum Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Stir Fry – Gray by Circulon: I’ve had this pan since my wedding and I can’t say enough about it! It’s quite versatile that I not only use it for stir fry recipes (like these Asian Steak Stir Fry with Zucchini Noodles, and Super Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry recipes),  but I also use it just for veggies sometimes like my Sautéed Green Beans with Almonds recipe. No matter what, it’s definitely worth having a pan like this!

Calphalon Classic Bakeware Special Value 12-by-17-Inch Rectangular Nonstick Jelly Roll Pans, Set of 2: These rimmed cookie sheets are my go-to pans anytime I want to roast vegetables or make my new favorite one pan recipes like my One Pan Pork Chops with Red Potatoes & Green Beans or One Pan Turkey Sausage & Vegetables recipes.

KitchenAid Artisan Series 5-Qt. Stand Mixer with Pouring Shield – Cornflower Blue: I have this exact model and color and absolutely LOVE IT! My parents gave this to us as a gift a few years ago and I’m not sure what I did before I had one! Well actually I do know that I drove myself nuts using a cheap hand mixer…NO comparision to a KitchenAid mixer. My mom pulled hers out that she’s had since her wedding…over 40 years ago! The quality speaks for itself, don’t you think?!

Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids Food Storage Container, 42-piece Set: I have an entire side of one cabinet designated to house these containers. I often make a few meals at a time and pack them in these containers either to enjoy the following day or for Dan’s lunches.

Lodge EC6D33 6 Qt. Caribbean Blue Color Enamel Dutch Oven: This dutch oven is great for soups, stews and chilis. I love that it cooks food much more evenly than a regular stainless steel pot and allows you to simmer longer without much risk of burning your food. With a busy household I need all the help I can get to help avoid burning food!
