These Greek Chicken Wraps are perfectly served as a quick and healthy dinner or any time of the day!

Greek Chicken Wrap Flatout flatbread

I don’t know about you but I could eat sandwiches for lunch and dinner daily. There are so versatile with endless combinations and so so simple.

Remember my yearly focus of healthy AND simple?

Well, these Greek chicken wraps definitely fit into these categories.

I love sandwiches either grilled or at least warmed as I did with these wraps.

You may notice I often include cooked chicken in my ingredient lists.

This is because I typically will cook chicken ahead of time to save time. I’ll also chop raw veggies too.

This meal took an entire five minutes to prep with pre-cooked chicken and required no chopping of vegetables.

Dietitian’s Dish

Protein and fiber are excellent components of food to focus on. This is because they help keep you satisfied and research shows they both help keep your weight in check.

For this recipe, I used Flaout Flatbread’s ProteinUP™ Carb Down® version.

They include 10 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. And that’s not including any of the fillings!

Add in the chicken, feta cheese and hummus and you’ll be eating about 48 grams of protein which is an excellent amount of protein for a meal (for most individuals).

If you’re looking for Flatout Flatbread check out the deli section of your local grocery store or produce store. That’s where I find mine!

Or check out their Flatout Finder to locate them at a store nearest you.
